3. NO CONTRACT, If  don’t you think we are “ALL THAT”  and don’t like us, which very rarely happens :), then your not stuck in a some long term contract .
4. We are just a small company that cares about you and want you to be as happy as we can make you!  Which is  generally  pretty easy show up on time and make your bugs disappear.
